Why this exists now
For two years, the way in here was a subscription. You paid monthly, you came to what you could, and you stopped when you stopped.
That model ends in August. From September, the Institute runs in twelve-week cohorts. The first one starts September 21, and cohorts are sold one at a time at $3,000 each.
Before that changes over, I am opening one round of founding positions. One payment, and you hold a seat in every cohort the Institute runs, for as long as it runs them.
What closes on Tuesday, August 4 is not the work. The work continues, and it gets better. What closes is this way of entering it. After that, coming into the room means paying for one cohort at a time, the way everyone after you will.

You have sat in my trainings. You have been on the webinars. You know the frameworks, and you can recognise good work when you see it.
Here is the honest limit of all of it, and I say this as the person who made it. A recording can teach you what to do. Watching you do it takes a person.
That person sees the moment your client shifts, and tells you to stay there. They hear the half second where you hesitate and reach for the safe question instead of the right one. They catch the thing you did at minute twelve that shaped the whole result, and hand it back to you while it is still fresh.
That is what the twelve weeks are. Two live training sessions a week, with the Wednesday Q&A room alongside for your real cases. You work, someone watches closely, names the one thing to change, and you carry on with the change in place.

Why this matters to me
The Institute exists for one reason:
Every practitioner I train carries these skills into rooms I will never see. Every client they help carries that change into families and workplaces I will never meet. That is what a founding position builds: a place where this knowledge accumulates, deepens, and passes forward.
There is enough negativity in the world. I would like us to be part of the other thing.
What you are probably wondering
Because there is nothing here to finish. There is no progress bar and no completion date. The seat stays open, so you come to the twelve weeks when your practice has room for it, come to four sessions the round it does not, and sit in the back and watch the round after that. It is a room you belong to, not a course you complete.
It means the life of the program on my platform. As long as the Institute runs this, you are in it. I would rather state that plainly now than have you discover the fine print later.

No, and I would rather say so than let you find out later. The cohort awards a Certificate of Completion from the Institute. What the twelve weeks give you is live work on your real cases with feedback until the patterns are actually yours.
Everything is recorded and lands in the Vault, so nothing is lost permanently. The live room is where the work actually happens though, and I would rather see you in it.
You may never have bought a thing from me, and I have never once pushed you about it. So here is the whole thing with nothing hidden in it. The cohort on its own is $3,000 in September. This is $2,000 with the cohort inside it and everything I have recorded attached, and it holds your seat in every round after this one.
